Q : Is our pottery food safe?
- A : Yes, all of our pieces, including vases, are made with food-grade material and fired in a high fire temprature cone 8 gas kiln.
Q : Do you offer pottery lessons?
- A : Yes, from time to time we offer pottery lessons inside and outside of our studio. For more information on our 3-week wheel throwing course, you can check periodically on our Workshop page in our website to see the schedule for the month. Workshops held outside of the studio will be announced 2 weeks before the event and usually takes place at our store, Unearth Gandaria, with 15 people in each session.
Q : Do you have a store I can visit?

A : Yes, our store Unearth is located on the second floor of 1/15 coffee Gandaria. Jl. Gandaria I No. 63 South Jakarta. Our store is currently closed until further notice.
Q : If the item that I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
- A : The items are usually restocked in 2-3 weeks, please do send us an inquiry about the item and our team will notify you once the item becomes available.
Q : What is your estimated shipping time?
- A : For orders going out of Jakarta, the items will be sent in the same day using sameday by Gosend Service (last payment at 2 PM, if we receive the payment after 2 PM the items will be sent on next day).
- For orders shipped within the country, it will take for to seven business days after the payment has been made.
- A : Yes, we do.
- A : We offer gift vouchers ranging from IDR 500.000 - IDR 2.000.000 please inquire if you have any questions.
